How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most items are made within 2-5 business days of order. Of course, some goods are in stock and will be sent faster. Delivery times will depend on the items you order, the locations from which the items are shipped, and the supplier's capacity at the time.

How do I know if the color of the product matches what I see on my screen?
Product colors displayed on screens may vary depending on your monitor settings. For a more accurate view, use the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color profile.

Is it possible to exchange the product for a different size and color?

If you're not sure which size would fit better, check out our size charts.Size tables - the base model of each product tends to be individual, so it is recommended to compare the sizes as indicated in the description of the selected product.Although it is rare, the item you ordered may have been mislabeled. If so, please be kind to us by emailing [email protected] within two weeks of receiving the order. Go to your order number and mislabeled items to you and we will contact you.
